Hello sir I have 9.2 cgpa in 10th and 87.2% in +2 and in b.com till now ( 1st year result) is 65% Is their any chance of my getting in IIM

just start preparing for CAT get around 96 and above percentile
it will definitely propagate you towards your ambition.

Yes, you stand chances as your 10 and 12th percenatge is decent. Work on your CAT percentile, above 98 and interview rounds. These all matter in your final selection.
