For NTA rules you can appear four times JEE Mains examination in a year. You can give examination total 3years of passing your 12th class. And no age limit is occure. I'll provide you a link you can check it for details of JEE mains examination.

NTA had released the new schedule this year according to which JEE mains shall be conducted 4times starting from February to May. Individual application forms will be released for every session. Hence aspirants who wish to attempt 4 times can attempt JEE mains 4 times.
If you miss the September 2020 session and write only the January 2020 sessions exam. Also, you are eligible to write JEE mains this year because a candidate can attempt JEE MAINS 3 consecutive years. Hence you can attempt JEE 2021 4 times if you wish to.

Yes you can attempt all the Four Seasons of JEE mains 2021
This is because,
It totally depends upon students, if they want to appear in all these 4 sessions of jee mains or not; so it's entirely student's choice. One is free to appear in all the four session or only in 3 sessions or only two sessions or even in only one session
When a candidate appears in more then one sessions then the best performance out of the attempted sessions will be considered for admission i. e if you appear in all the 4 or 3 or 2 session of Jee mains, then your best score out of these attempts will be considered for your admission process.
So, yes you can definitely attempt all the 4 sessions of JEE mains 2021 and as you have passed your class 12th in 2020 you are also eligible for JEE mains 2022 as One is eligible for giving JEE mains for 3 consecutive years from the year of passing class 12th board examination.
Limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so to prepare well for your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
