Hello Sir, I have completed my B.tech in Civil engineering, But i want to apply for computer science in Pgecet.Is it possible to apply? and can i get a seat in best universities in AP, If i get good rank?????? pls reply me ASP.... Iam somuch confused. PLS HELP ME SIR......

You can earn Master in Computer science after doing btech in civil engineering. There is no limit to gain education. You can gain whatever you want. If your interest is in computers then go for it through reputed foreign university for a bright future.
