hello sir, i have done a mistake in ssc delhi police executive form...in class 12 i have english physical physics chemistry mathematics.... but in this form i fill english hindi physics chemistry mathematics..... sir plzz tell me how i can change it

I am very sorry to inform you this sir,but once the form is submitted by the candidate , the authorities don't entertain any kind of change/correction/modification in the form under any of the circumstances.Before submission of the application form you should have atleast once rechecked it sir.I hope you get an another chance to appear for this examination.
