If you belong to SC /ST category then you can easily get a seat in the course but if you're from general or obc then sorry to disappoint you but your marks are low. As according to the previous year cutoffs score required for a general category student is 256 and for obc it is 231. I would suggest you to look for some other course who's cutoff is low or go for any other college than BHU.
