hello sir i have SEBC certificates , how can i know that I'm eligible for the Central reservation or not?????????????

I understand that you possess a SEBE certificate which I presume was authorized to you by your respective State Government such as Odisha, etc., and now to answer your question, since the certificate has been awarded to you by the concerned State Government thus it ensures your reservation eligibility throughout India and thus you are most definitely eligible for applying for Central Reservation Schemes at various areas of interest.
