Hello Sir! I might be able to score 74 marks in GATE2019(EE) with expected Gate Score of 750.Wud i be able to get admission in reputed IITs?

You might not get core branch but you can apply for interdisciplinary branch at IITs you may get it.
Definately somehow you will get IITs either core or interdisciplinary branch.
