Your chances into IIM's will completely depends on your CAT scores, you have to secure minimum of 97 percentile to get the calls of news IIM's, and 98.5+ for old IIM's.

As you said you have a 6 years of work experience that's soo good

But the academic performance of your is very low.



Make your preparation for CAT with full Speed and if possible take a sabbatical leave of 3-4 months from the Job and do the preparation.

hey dear, as you have scored not so well in your intermediate and your 10th class ,so the chances for your admission is very less,since you have 6 years experience so you can get admission in other reputed colleges other than iims because they will consider your 12th scores which are very less.

as your query if you have scored 78% in a 10th 40% in 12th and 59% in a Bcom and you have a 6 year experience and you want to know whether you can make it to the IIM exam or not.
