Yes NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2020 provided by following criteria:

• Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will attain the same by December 31, 2020.
• There is no upper limit of age to be eligible for the exam.
• Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to the general category must have scored a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates who belong to the General category and are applying under the Persons with Disability (PWD) Quota, must have a minimum score of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward should have a minimum score of 40% in the qualifying examination.

Yes you can aaply apply for neet if you have read Physics , chemistry and biology through NIOS as per by the latest verdict released by the court .  As NIOS is also an educational board just like CBSE & CISCE . So a candidate having nios certificate can apply for national level entrance exam conducted by the Center or CBSE, like JEE (Main & Advanced), CLAT and now NEET . That 's why don't worry you can apply for NEET .

NIOS is a recognised open board and students who have passed their 12th board examination from recognised open board are eligible for Neet examination ,
So, you don't need to worry at all even after passing your 12th board examination from NIOS you are eligible for Neet examination provided
You must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
