OBC 76503 459
SC 215620 328
ST 488384 192
So with your score you have tough chances to get a seat except your are ST candidate.

I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get government seat in 282 marks. Your score should be above 550 to get government seat for mbbs in state quota. Although getting government seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank,etc. Or else try for private medical college.
