hello there, The first step towards getting into the IIMs is taking the CAT exam. The CAT 2021 exam is scheduled on November 28 and the result will be announced in first week of January 2022. The IIM admission process for 2022-2024 MBA/PGP batch will begin soon aftet that with shortlisting of candidates for Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The IIM admission criteria and selection process not only includes selection of candidates based on their CAT percentile but also on the basis of their WAT/GD and PI performance, academic history, academic diversity, gender diversity and work experience.

But atleast I should have to know na, ki How much score do I have to cross in CAT exam with such academic history.

To get admission into any IIMs or other top MBA colleges in India, the minimum CAT cut off is 90 percentile. The cut offs remain high (99+ percentile) for top IIMs such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode. In Tier 2 colleges, CAT cut offs are usually fixed 80 percentile and above and in Tier 3 colleges the CAT cut offs are usually fixed at 60 percentile and above. CAT 2021 cut offs are expected to remain in the same range.
