With your score , you could get into a Private Ayurveda college but since the cutoff marks hasn't been declared yet,it would be hard to predict your chances for government colleges but according to the previous year patterns, you definitely have to score 400+ for getting into a government college.
Personally, I don't think dropping out after first year is a good idea because in most of the colleges, they will be asking for a bond where you sign documents indicating that you wouldn't drop out. So you might have to pay them the entire fees in case you get better marks for NEET next year and you decide to join any medical college. On the contrary, if you take an year off and work hard, you might bear great results. It would be a huge commitment from your part. This was only opinion. At the end of the day, it's all about you and your decision. Choose wisely.
