Hello RajShree,Chances are  high that it applicable on state levels but actually it depends on various sub juridiction and other paper works by government.May be term is applicable on state entrance for various exams but not for neet immediately.

We cant say anything specifically about this thing how goverment is going to apply.

Dear Rajshree, The Maharashtra assembly unanimously passed a legislation giving 16 per cent reservation in jobs and educational institutions for the Maratha community. The next hearing on the petition filed on Maratha reservation will take place on January 23. No decision will be made under the Maratha Reservation unless the court makes the next decision .
