IIT Bombay has started GATE 2021 application form correction facility. Candidates can now login at GOAPS portalappsgate.iitb.ac.into make the corrections in GATE application form. Candidates can make changes in category, gender, exam paper and city through GATE 2021 application form correction. Last date to make corrections in November 13.They will probably give you a chance to do the correction and i am providing you a mail id where you can drop your query

I think it won't create a huge problem. Your name is displayed at least. The portal to change the choice of city, category, gender and paper has been opened by IIT Bombay. There is no mention of changing Name. If you want you can mail the authority directly mentioning your problem. They will definitely help you out.
