Hello!
Literally there is no chances for you to get a seat in government college as well as in private college. But there are quite good chances for you to get a seat in deemed colleges. But taking a seat in deemed college will be quite expensive so do think about it. If you are desperate about a medical seat then I would suggest you to retake NEET again rather than getting a expensive seat. I would like to share a experience where a known person of mine got 170 in his first NEET attempt, but the same person who took NEET for the second time got 612 and got a government medical seat.
If you want take NEET again that's your choice.
