You have not mentioned which are the courses you are talking about so the desired information cannot be given as to whether you can study both the courses together or not & the duration also cannot be predicted because of the lack of enough details.

But if you are pursuing any course together, then definitely you need to pursue it for a total duration of the time taken to complete each course individually.
