Hello,
Yes it is valid. At the same time you will pursue your M.A and B.ed both.
M.A is master's of art's and B.ed is bachelor of education.
And UGC get permission for pursued both simultaneously. One course you can pursue as regular learning and another one course you can pursue as distance learning.

Yes, it is valid to pursue B.ED and M.A. at the same time. Approval has given by the UGC for the same. The condition underlying to pursue these two courses simultaneously is that, you need to pursue one course as distance/private mode and another course , you can pursue on the regular basis.
