HELLO PALASH,

According to your question as you have asked regarding the admission procedure of BPT ,

So you can take admission into the course but not on the behalf of your diploma but on the basis of your 12th grades as you have done diploma and for the university it will not matter also you just did a professional course and you will be get into to the graduation programme which will benefit you with your diploma and can givre you good career opportunities so you have to give entrance and after that you can apply to the respective university.

Here is the admission criteria:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a 4-year undergraduate course, including compulsory 6 months of clinical internship, and involving the science of physical movement aimed at preventing disease and disability.

To be eligible to apply for the course, aspiring candidates need to have attained the 10+2 qualification from a recognized educational Board. The course is offered in the country at an average annual course fee ranging between INR 1 and 5 Lacs, varying across institutes.

Successful graduates of the course are lucratively employed in areas such as hospitals, health institutes, fitness centers, private clinics, etc., with an average annual initial salary ranging between INR 2 and 8 Lacs, depending upon the candidate’s expertise in the field and relevant skillset.

HOPE IT HELPS

ALL THE BEST

thanks a lot for the answer. I thought that I'd get a lateral admission in 2nd year on the basis of my DPT. I have had physics, chemistry and Maths in 10+2 C.B.S.E Board but didn't have Biology. And that's why I did DPT first to become eligible for BPT. But as you mentioned above, I'd have to start from the beginning for BPT and take admission in 1st year of BPT only. I was told that I can get lateral admission on the basis of DPT. Looks like this 2 years worth of Diploma didn't help much.
