No. You cannot open a clinic or a hospital setting with a B.Pharmacy degree. Pharmacist is a drug specialist and not a medical professional. To open a clinic, you should be a Registered Medical Professional in courses like MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses. Para Medical courses also allow you to open clinics in respective fields but not Pharmacists. You can have your own Pharmaceutical store once you complete your B.Pharmacy.
