You have not mentioned your category any where.i assume that you are from general category.
If I go by the previous year data ,then you have good chances of getting admission in any one of the government medical college in karnataka through state qouta .You might get the following colleges-
- Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
- Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan
- Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar

Hey there, You have scored 430 marks in NEET and you belong to Karnataka. Yes, with these marks you can secure a seat in a good college and even you can try for government college as due to very varying cutoffs this year you can get a seat there too.
