I would like to inform you that no, it is not possible for you to fill the form for GUJCET if you've done 10+ polytechnic  from Uttar Pradesh, because the mandatory requirement for appearing for the exam is domicile which I think you don't have.

You are not eligible foe GUJCET in any case.
First of all a candidate must have Gujarat domicile in order to be eligible and since you are from UP so you cant appear.
Secondly a candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board like Gujarat Board, CBSE or any other equivalent board with at least 50% marks in class 12th and since you have done diploma which make you ineligible to apply.
