Hello Dear Student,
In this case you can take admission on the basis of filling your Category as a General or Open or Unreserved. If you doesn't have valid caste certificate to claim your reservation quota then General Category is your only option. You will get a Seat or Not, it will depend on your All India Rank. You can register again in Round 2 Counselling by filling your Category as a General. But if you can obtain your Caste Certificate then you can also participate with Reserve Category.
