The cutoff for admission to colleges varies from year to year and from college to college depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, etc.
However, as per your percentile chances seems to be less of getting seat in NITs, IIITs through JoSAA Counselling. You can try to get a seat in private engineering colleges based on your JEE Main paper 1 rank.
