Hello Sachin............your sister can do fashion designoing after 10th standard
Right after 10th students are eligible to pursue bachelors degree courses.
This means that there are only two choices available in front of 10th passed students

Its really good to know that your sister wants to do fashion designing. Now that she has done her 10th she should go ahead and take arts in her class 11th and 12th. Side by side she should start her preparation for NIFT and PEARL.
