MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria – Minimum Qualification for three year law programme (LLB)-
The candidates who wish seek admission in LLB programme need to have a graduation degree issued by any university or college recognised by UGC and following a 10+2+3 education pattern.
Candidates need secure minimum of 45 per cent in the aggregate of the subjects, and 40 per cent for those belonging to SC/ST categories of the Maharashtra state.
I don't think so you have cleared the minimum percentage criteria. Thus, you are not eligibile for LLB 3 year course.
All the best.
Dear karuna,
Every year Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Maharashtra conducts two MH CET Law exams (one for five-year integrated law programmes, offered at 153 colleges and another for three-year LLB programmes offered at 218 colleges through Maharashtra State Law Entrance Test). As you took part in MH CET Law exam which was meant for 5 year LLB programmes, you cann't take admission in 3 year LLB programme on the basis of that score. For taking admission in 3 year LLB programme you need to participate in MH CET Law exam which is conducted for this purpose. I hope it helps!
