Hello Cecil,
The date to fill registration form of TANCA 2020 are yet to be announced,as per previous year records the dates would lie in the last week of July mostly.
PSG College of Technology, College of Engineering,Guindy and Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering are amongst the first ones to fill and so admission in them requires a high score even in BC category.Your score is near to the cutoff and so you would not be able to get these colleges.
According to your score you can have a chance in the following colleges:
1. R.M.K Engineering College
2.R.M.D. Engineering College
3.PSNA College of Engineering and Technology
4.K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology
5.Sengunathar Engineeering College

You may get some other private colleges also.
