580 is a nice score.but for counselling 15% seats are reserved for AIQ counselling and 85% for the state counselling. Your chances of getting a seat in MBBS is there if not by AIQ but by state counselling.

You have great chances of getting good government BAMS college in all india Ayush counseling, you can go for top colleges like bhu Varanasi, NIA Jaipur etc.
