Not only marks are considered here is the thing you should be done to get eligiblity.

Candidates need to clear 10+2 in 1st attempt.compartmentals aren't eligible to apply

Candidates need to secure 45% and there is 5% relaxation of SC/ST

And distance students aren't eligible.
