Hello sir, my son got 97.8 percentage in +2 and 85.54 percentile in jee mains can he get seat for cse in sastra University General category.

Dear Aspirant,
The cutoff for Sastra is unpredictable but 30% of seat allotment would be based on +2 percentage and rest of the 70% would be based on JEE percentile since you have good percentage in +2 you may have a chance of getting seat through +2 percentage but the probability is less. Don't loose hope try for the next following counselling also.
