BHMS or Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an academic degree course at the bachelor’s level, covering knowledge regarding the homeopathic medical system. The duration of this course generally varies from 4 to 5 years, and also bears internship facilities of 1 year. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.

As you told you scored 159 marks and you are from SC catagory looking at this it depends from which state you are from and have domicile certificate of. As you haven't mentioned your rank but by your marks I will calculate and also you have not mentioned from which state you are let's talk about some of the states by that you will be getting some idea about the cutoff of your state. Taking all the above points below are my research where you can get seat-:

• All india quota (AIQ) -: for sure you are not getting in AIQ because cutoff was around 2 Lakhs All India Rank.
• Maharastra state quota-: it's also not possible because cutoff is way higher than your marks. In private colleges of maharashtra you can get (but condition you must have domicile of maharashtra).

Talking about it you can get seat in private but it's not possible to get a government seat in india on the other hand you can go with private one but in my view you should opt BPTH (Physiotherapy) that would be good as compared to BHMS in private.
