Yes, you can give the exam. The age criterias set by NEET authority is that the candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020. To give NEET 2020 you must be 17 by then. Now, you're born on 15 July 2003. So, considering that you'll be 17 year 6 months old by the end of 2020. So, you can give the NEET 2020 without any problems.
