You need at least 559 under OBC quota to secure seats in IIT GUWAHATI with ECE stream.For VLSI you need at least 638,673 for signal processing,559 for signal processing,629 for power control under OBC quota etc.This year cuttoff may change little bit.For sureity wait till IIT announce own cuttoff score for Mtech program for each category.
