hello, sir, when I submitted my application form for DU LLB course I have made mistake while submitting my documents. Instead of submitting my caste certificate I had submitted domicile certificate. Is it going to be rejected my application? can I make any another registration account??

Sorry to say but you can't open other registration account.
Actually they will open their website for correcting errors but those were limited.There we can only correct our name ,address and educational details but we can't change the certificate that were uploaded.But no worries there is a way like you can approach the authorities through call and they will definitely help you.
