Hey Dipak,
First of all you need to get cleared that after putting grace marks your final marksheet gets ready so of course it would be considered in MBBS. Everywhere the final marksheet get ready after putting your grace marks then only your marks rises and your final marksheet is maid. Hope you find it useful.
