• Engineering physics is a suitable option for those who have a strong interest in physics and aptitude in science and engineering. Only a few institutions offer B. Tech. level programme in engineering physics.
• Engineering Physics consists of subjects like mathematics, chemistry, physics, electrical and engineering drawing.
• The second semester may cover subjects like mathematics, engineering mechanics, introduction to computing, physics and modern biology.
• By pursuing a degree in Engineering Physics, one can choose a career in applied Physics in industries or make a career in telecommunications, micro-devices, microelectronics, optoelectronics, nanotechnology, lasers or quantum information systems.

bsc physics

• Classical Statistics. Classical Theory of Radiation. Quantum Theory of Radiation. Bose-Einstein Statistics are some subjects in this stream.
• After completing your BSc Course in Physics, there are many career opportunities open for you, such as research analyst, a teacher, lab assistant etc.
• But, if you go with further study such as MSc degree, MSc PhD dual degree, Joint MSc PhD courses then you can become a scientist and apply for CSIR NET Exam also.
• If you like physics surely go for BSc/BS physics it is difficult but it's the most interesting stream in the universe.

Overall comparison to these two subjects engineering in Physics is less popular in India and has low scope where as bsc physics is better than this.
