Hello sir/ma'am. I am Gaurav Chudasama from Gandhinagar. I completed Diploma in Electrical from GTU in 2016. I have some questions so i mentione it below. 1. Can I do any bachelor course part-time or external or distance learning. 2. Is Bachelor of Electrical (BE) course available in IGNOU.

Hey there
IGNOU does not provide BE courses. You can do btech in electrical engineering after diploma in lateral entry. You can do your Engineering from AMIE. But it is recommended to do engineering in regular course as engineering is a course which makes you a professional in technology which will be best if you do it from regular.
