Hello sir/ma'am Q. Is it possible to take admission in BA after 4 years of study gap after 12 in India? I'm from Assam. I passed HS (science) with 83.6% in 2016 from Assam Higher Secondary Education Council board.Due to some health issues I couldn't study. I want to study & I like studies.

Age is not a barrier in taking admissions in BA. A gap of four year will not hamper your zeal and enthusiasm to study and do exceptionally well, it might be a problem for your professional life but that could be justified by your situation.
You can go for colleges in Delhi University as you have a decent percentage in 12th and they don't have any age limit.

There are many other colleges which don't have an age limit for admissions, Search for them and apply.
