Hello ,

It depends, some colleges do have a fee concessions and waiver schemes in the college where certain percentage of fees of candidates are waived off.
However there is no specific scheme for fee concession for SC category under private medical colleges.There are some Central/ State government scholarship schemes for which you will have to enquire at the State government offices and your special college.

Hello student

Only the state quota admission in private Medical Colleges the counselling fees will be refundable if he takes through state quota admission in private medical colleges. In private medical colleges other than this process no reservation is allowed for reserved category student.
