Generally speaking candidates from commerce stream at 10+2 level are preferred in order to pursue BCom, though candidates from other stream can apply depending upon the university norms, hence you need to check out the eligibility criteria for which you're seeking admission, it may vary, the minimum aggregate required is 45% for UR, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories.
