Yes definitely you can appear for JEE-Advance 2022 even if you take admission in any of the NITs this year on the basis of JEE-Main 2021 score, provided that you qualify JEE-Main 2022 as well then only you can sit for JEE-Advance 2022.
For JEE-Advance maximum limits are 2, so you can appear for it only for two consecutive years after passing class 12th, in which 1st year is the passing year of class 12th itself. For JEE-Main the maximum allowed attempts are 3, means you can appear for it only for three consecutive years after passing class 12th, in which 1st year is the passing year of class 12th itself
