Irrespective of your marks in neet 2020 , you cannot get admission in India in mbbs etc on the basis of your neet 2020, now in 2021

This is because,

For  admission in India, marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year in which you attempt the exam i. e 2020 only in case of neet 2020

While,

Marks obtained by you in neet is valid for 3 years but only for taking admission in medical colleges abroad . So, using neet 2020 result, you can get admission abroad.

Thus ,If you want to get admission  anywhere in India in 2021 which requires NEET then you need to appear in NEET 2021, you can't get admission anywhere in India on the basis of your neet 2020 result in 2021

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,
