As you have only asked about the rank according to government colleges that means you are not intrested in any specific branch, So i would like to inform you that is you only asking about the minimum KCET rank for the General category, then your rank should to be less than 20,000 in the KCET exam to secure a good government college in Karnataka.
As there are few government college you can apply for:-
- UVCE, Banglore
- Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Banglore
- Government Engineering College, Hassan.
- Government Engineering College, Haveri.
