According to your percentile your expected rank can range from 37k-45k and 8k-12k in OBC category.

At this rank getting a seat in NIT Nagpur is quite difficult but if you want to wait till last round you may get Mining in NIT Nagpur. Apart from this you can have lower branches in NIT like Patna, Jamshedpur, Jalandhar, Hamirpur and Goa. But you can have top branches in NIT Srinagar and some of North Eastern NITs if you wait till last round.
