Dear Rathod, you haven't mentioned the subjects that you studied in your 10+2. Few Institutions seek Candidates from Mathematics background for admission to BCA course. Now there are also other Institutions that conduct admissions for non mathematic students as well. So admission will not be a problem. But we want to highlight a bigger issue. You are already in your 2nd year of B.Sc and the next year, you will be in your final year. If you want to join BCA, you will be losing out on 2 years and also you might face issues getting your certificates from the current college because you are dropping without completing the entire course. Instead, what you can try is, complete B.Sc, appear for CAT and take up MBA in IT Specialisation or Computer Management. Both of them are the next steps even if you want to study BCA. IT Industry can never let you down and you can do real good there. This is just an option that you have. However, if you want to pursue BCA from next year, you can still do that.
