You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Considering it to be general, With a rank of around 7,000 you have chances of procuring a seat in the following IHM's when comparing the results of previous years

• SIHM Kurukshetra
• SIHM yamuna nagar, Haryana
• SIHM Telangana
• SIHM Hamirpur
• SIHM Kozhikode
• SIHM Durgapur

The above mentioned colleges are state government IHM's which you can get in the first round itself. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, you have good chances of getting selected.
