Hi unnat,
you are preparing for neet 2020 and you are in 12 th standard now then you need to finish your 12th syllabus from ncert books and extra book up to September or October as fast as possible and then you should study your 11th syllabus in two -three months upto December.
Then you will have your 12th exams in March so you should clear each and every topic of 12th standard in those preparations for exam. After that you will get one month for neet exam.
And in those one month you have to revise and practice all the syllabus according to time table.
So study smartly and try to stay away from social media as much as possible.
For any other information you can ask us.
I would suggest you to make small notes and flashcard. You should read NCERT twice rather than other books since most of the questions will be based on them. You should read important points such as diseases, prevention and such sort. You can also read biology handbook by Arihant which comprises of short notes and bullet points.
