The older IIMs including IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, and Kozhikode have a very high CAT cutoff for shortlisting the students for the selection process. The comparatively new IIMs like IIM Rohtak, Ranchi, Amritsar, Sambalpur, etc. consider slightly lower cutoffs.
