If you are really interested in business administration then you can definitely go for this course irrespective of your branch for 12 th as the eligibility criteria says that you must have done your 10 + 2 from a recognized board (or equivalent) with minimum aggregate marks criteria which varies with the institutes and could be anywhere between 45-55% aggregate marks.
