See it is not clear from the question that for which exam are you asking about because you are an engineering aspirant according to your profile then either you might be interested in JEE-Main or in JEE-Advance. So if we consider it for JEE-Advance then according to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have no chances of getting into any of the IITs.

But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

But if you are talking about JEE-Main then also you do not have chances for getting any of the NITs/IIITs on such rank but yes you can get some private engineering institutions like SRM University, Amity University, Sharda University and so on.
