Based on your rank you are not supposed to get any good government college of UPTU. But as you are in OBC category you  may  getsome benefits. You may   look for Lucknow University (government college for engineering). But this college started engineering (b.tech) course before two years. You are not supposed to get good placement there. But you can apply for private colleges. You can get admission in certain private college according to your rank.As your general rank is not so good. But you may get admission based on your OBC rank . It also  vary from year to year. It depends upon difficulty level of paper and number of students appeared in the exam.There are many top private colleges of UPTU but you may not get chance in these colleges through counselling (ABES,KIET,JSS Academy....).But you can apply for these in first counselling if you want . Otherwise you must look for those colleges where you have chance to get admission according to your rank and cutoff list also. Go through counselling till last you must get a private college.  These  are  the college where you can apply:

1. Inderprastha engineering college Ghaziabad.                   Ownership: private

2.Krishna engineering college, Ghaziabad.                             Ownership: private.

3. IIMT , Greater Noida.                                                             Ownership: private

4. ITS engineering college, Greater Noida.                              Ownership: private

5.Shadra University Greater Noida.                                          Ownership: private

6.Amity University,Noida.                                                            Ownership: private

You can go for these colleges . But these colleges are not too much good in terms of placement.  You may visit certain sites to know about colleges(placement, studies, infrastructure, faculty). To predict your college according to your rank you can check through various college predictor of UPTU.  But  if you want to get good college or any government college then drop this year. Make sure that you get good college in coming year. And then you may able to choose your college according to your choice.
